Ode to the QUEEN of Virgo SHADE: Pink

Now this post is very hard for me because I honesty can't think of Virgo celebrities throwing shade. Not the way Gemini Prince (link here), Aries Mariah Carey (link here), Cancer Wendy Williams (link here) and Leo Whitney Houston (link here) have all threw shade. This is not to say, Virgos don't throw shade. But I could imagine that their shade isn't as epic, funny or charismatic as the latter signs. Shade is not Virgo's "thing" they either tell it like it is or just think it. Anyway since this is a series so I have to choose. I chose Pink. She's one of those rare bad ass Virgos that seem to be every other sign except a Virgo. But she is and a Super Virgo too! So let's get into her astrology.

Astrotheme profile link here

Virgo Stellium
First and foremost she has a Virgo stellium (3 or more planets in the same sign). She has Sun, Venus, Saturn, &
Mercury in Virgo. This shows despite her image she is critical, pays attention to details and is anal-retentive. These traits helps with shade because nothing gets past Virgo. Virgo sees everything and makes mental notes of everything.

Fire Grand Trine
Pink has an Aries Moon, Sagittarius Ascendant, and Jupiter in Leo, so this is why Pink doesn't seem like a Virgo. Fire placements makes someone passionate, brave, and energetic. Pink is all this but also this to the MAX. This is because she has a Fire Grand Trine ( all 3 fire signs in her chart). Her Sag ascendant gives her "foot in the mouth syndrome." Her Aries moon makes her edgy with a IDGAF attitude. Her Leo Jupiter gives her a confident and prideful outlook. Put this all together and Pink is someone that has a honest, extroverted and outspoken nature. This doesn't make her shady, but she can throw shade with a grin on her face. BTW Astro-synchronicity of it all is her latest single was "Just Like Fire." Fire Grand Trine much?

Pluto in Libra 10th House
This gives her, her rebellious edgy and powerful public image. This is not so much shade, but she has no problem shaking things up.

Uranus in Scorpio in the 11th House
Her rebelliousness is in Scorpion/Plutonian in nature. Scorpio placements have no problem telling it like it is and making others uncomfortable. Her Uranus in Scorpio probably enjoys making others uncomfortable. This supports shade.

Mercury in Virgo and Jupiter in Leo in the 8th House
Her Mercury is in Virgo and in the 8th House. With her Aries lack of impulse control moon and a mercury in the 8th House. Pink no surprisingly very vocal about her thoughts. This is why there is no hesitation giving her views on Kanye West, Kim Kardashian, Miley Cyrus and her arch-rival Christina Aguilera.

While Pink's Jupiter in Leo in the 8th House acts like gasoline in a fire pit, expanding and providing combustion of everything in her 8th House. Jupiter is the higher octave of Mercury. It symbolizes the higher mind. Here Pink is also not afraid to express her beliefs and opinions. Whether it be animal rights, gay rights', women's rights' or her BEEF WITH CHRISTINA AGUILERA. Pink has no problem taking it there and she does often.

Mars in Cancer 12th House
This is the nail in the SHADE coffin. Mars in Cancer in the 12th House is powerful placement. Mars in uber emotional and protective Cancer is Mars' detriment ("worst" Mars position). Mars in water signs are the sensitive, passive aggressive brooding types that hardly get visibly angry. Until one day they just go OFF. But for self-starter Cardinal water sign Cancer, they probably got OFF more than the other water placements. Pink has Mars square to Moon and Pluto so her anger is MASSIVE & SCARY. She just can't help get angry.

Mars placed in the 12th House of the subconscious and unconscious a common side effect is repression of anger. Pink seems to embrace her anger; but I think she can't help but throw SHADE every now and then. The music industry is all about maintaining face after all.

Virgo Princess of the Pluto in Scorpio Generation: Beyonce Knowles

I'm back with my Virgo edition to my Princess/Prince of the Pluto in Scorpio Generation series. This one is easy and obviously stated in the title music star: Beyonce Knowles. To be honest she can also be the leader of her own astrology generation (Pluto in Libra). But as I stated in my previous blog post, "Virgo Beyonce: Trapped Between 2 Astrological Generations" click here. She is trapped between 2 generations and I feel the current up & coming Pluto in Scorpio generation really gets her internally/personally/emotionally. She vibes with us. <3 Anyway I'm going to keep this post short and sweet. Beyonce is the Virgo Princess of the Pluto in Scorpio Generation because:

Point 1:
She has the Plutonian receipts to back it up.
Astrology: Natal Charts of Beyonce: Astrotheme profile link here
Scorpio Moon and Lilith (aka bad bitch asteroid)
Pluto in her 1st House
Venus conjunct Pluto
Moon semi-sextile Pluto
There is no denying that she is intense, passionate, and private. All the Libraness makes her appear gentle, sweet, and soft but I have doubt that behind all that is a woman that can destroy not only your edges but your life. The music industry is a tough business and you have to mentally, emotionally strong (which Beyonce is). She is good at playing the wolf in sheep's clothing (hello Keri Hilson who?).

Point 2:
She has power and control of her image/brand/career.
Control and power are the signatures of the Pluto in Scorpio Generation. Though the Pluto in Scorpio Generation are wild, crazy, vulgar with a YOLO/IDGAF attitude there is also a level of control among us. Like an organized chaos. While Beyonce is still a Virgo, doesn't like to live in chaos and isn't as vocal or controversial as pure bred Pluto in Scorpio natives; she courts it. Beyonce is very much in control/has power over her brand, image, and career. I think this is what the Pluto in Scorpio generation admires most about her.
Her whole career is about strength, consistency, control and about reflecting popular culture values. Over the last five years she has opened up a lot in her music (enjoying sex, cheating/insecurity, and being comfortable in her ratchetness. All the while exploring her creativity, individuality, and emotional depth. Her recent songs such as Drunk in Love, Partition, and Bow Down Bitches all shows this. She has no problem being sexy/projecting a sexy/provocative image, getting money, being her own confident, proud independent 21st Century woman; while at the same time remaining/demanding privacy. Which is essentially Pluto in Scorpio Generation goals.

Not only that but she made being a Strong Independent Successful BOSS ASS BITCH FEMALE life goals for Pluto in Scorpio girls. By the way I am not a fan and very critical of Beyonce. Even so, I'm not a hater. You have to respect her hustle, her work ethic, and consistency.  She is Black girl magic and definitely the representative Virgo Princess of the Pluto in Scorpio Generation.

Ode to the QUEEN of Leo SHADE: Whitney Houston

The title for Leo Shade Queen was between Whitney Houston and Madonna. I chose Whitney because her shade was much more entertaining than Madonna's frankly. Watch YouTuber Killer Queen's Whitney Shade Video here and see what I mean. Older women from Aretha's, Whitney's, Patty Labelle, Madonna, Mariah's generations threw the best shade. They didn't need to use vulgar language or threaten anyone's life.

To quote myself:
"Shade isn't bad and shouldn't be taken as an offense. It shows intelligence (quick thinking, cleverness, & inventiveness) and the ability to laugh off anger/pain."

Whitney Houston's shade was exceptional. Whitney's shade showed flair, was funny, and wasn't as nasty/mean spirited as the shade of today is. Anyway let's get into her astrology.

Astrotheme Profile (link here)
I am going to come out and say it. I believe it is her Aries, Leo and Virgo placements were where her brand of shade comes from. Of course there are other placements that I am going to mention but I have to put that out there.

Moon and Jupiter in Aries in the 1st House
Whitney Houston had Aries moon and Aries Jupiter in her 1st House. Combined with her Sun conjunct Venus in Leo (in the 6th House) she had a very energetic, fiery, and bold personality. Aries placements makes someone confident, competitive and oftentimes combative. Aries are honest, blunt, and bold. Whitney has  Moon and Jupiter in Aries in the 1st House. So she probably had an "in your face" loud mouth and aggressive side to her. Anyway her shade was larger than life (Jupiter in Aries in the 1st House).
Leo's energy on the other hand is much more subdued than Aries energy. Leos care what people think much more than Aries. Leos' also believe they are royalty and don't like to behave like commoners' so sometimes they keep in their arsenal: SHADE. It gives them the ability to keep it classy, maintain face; while cleverly checking and READING a bitch. Whitney used this method, alternating between the boldness of her Aries energy and the regalness of her Leo energy.

Pisces Rising
Whitney with her ascendant in Pisces was sensitive, open, trusting and naive. Her Pisces rising probably made her appear weak and fragile to others. Even though she wasn't; this was probably a stigma she battled with. Sometimes we give people what they want to see; and Pisces is a willing participant. I think shade was a way to reconcile people's impressions of her. It allowed her to appear disarming, while still defending herself.

Mars, Pluto and Mercury in the 7th House
Image result for Whitney Houston shade
The 7th House is the relationships and partnerships. It's also the house where we project ourselves onto to others and have them project themselves onto us. Whitney's 7th House is the tomatoes, lettuce, and cheese of her Shade sandwich. Whitney had her Mars, Pluto and Mercury in the 7th House.

Mars in Libra
It is important to note Mars is in it's detriment in Libra. Mars is exalted (best) in Capricorn, in the Fall (not great) in Cancer, and detriment (at its' worst) in Taurus and Libra. Whitney has a weak (not bad btw) Mars placement. Here it made her cooperative, charming, and compromising. This placement also makes her passive aggressive, lacking a backbone, eager to please, and always needing to be liked. This can be a recipe for disaster. The funny thing about all this is Mars in the 7th House is usually similar to Aries/Mars/Martian sort of placement. But in Libra, mars can't directly express this energy in this way.
Image result
Not only that but Whitney's Moon is opposite her Mars; so it was a seasaw of her emotions (Moon) and her ability to act on them (Mars). Her fiery moon was raw raw raw while her mars does a lot of backtracking/PR for her moon. This is where shade comes in. Like her Pisces, Leo placements, Mars in Libra hates unpleasantness and is all about saving face. A way to balance and express all this energy is shade. All this energy keeps her shade light and not completely evil.

Mercury in Virgo in the 7th House Image result
The ever practical, hard-working and perfectionist Mercury in Virgo plays a part in Whitney's shade. Her mercury in Virgo is very detailed oriented, discerning, and critical. Most of the time this is ok, but the downside of this is; it can make her very cut-throat and can give the most stinging insults.
Image result for Whitney Houston shade
Shade can be lethal Mortal Kombat style tactic. In the 7th House of relationships her Virgo mercury here is really the one to tell it like it is without the Aries/Martian anger and without the Leo/Pisces/Libra placements passive-aggressive face saving/keep it pretty facade. Virgo energy when pissed don't care about your feelings and certainly don't care about appearing nice. I ain't sorry (Lemonade reference).

Honorable mentions:
Pluto in Virgo in the 7th House
Uranus in Virgo (in the 6th House).
Not much to say but it is just a continuation of the lethal, logical, and cut-throat nature Virgo shade. Whitney's Mercury is also conjunct Pluto so her words, her shade is even more powerful.
Whatever the case the world lost an amazing shade thrower. I'm pretty sure Whitney is still throwing Fabulous shade wherever she is.

Virgo Beyonce: Trapped Between 2 Astrological Generations

Beyonce. Ok, I am not a Beyhive, I don’t consider myself a fan, I mean I like her music, I guess (casual eye-roll). Even so, I think she’s fake and overrated but that’s neither here nor there. Even so, in the last five years (especially the last 3 years); I have started to warm up to Beyonce a bit more (on a personal level). I always considered her a singer/performer but not an artist. Btw I love how she (and her PR team) are trying to change up her image to convince us that she’s an artist (ha). Maybe I am being harsh on her and I am not tryinf to downplay her success but when she was an artist? Ain’t that Solange? Her music isn’t ground-breaking, its catchy and consistent. Her writers are amazing. Her team is just amazing… Anyway before this turns into a mini- rant.
VIRGO VIRGINAL WHITE (PLUTO IN LIBRA), BLACK (PLUTO IN SCORPIO)
I think Beyonce is trapped between 2 generations (astrologically). Her Pluto in Libra Generation (1971-1984) and the Pluto in Scorpio Generation (1983-1995). IDK what the Pluto in Sagittarius Generation is doing? Anyway why do I say this?

Natal Charts of Beyonce: Astrotheme profile link here

LINKS AS OF 9.8.16
First she’s has stellium in Libra (Mercury, Venus, Saturn, Jupiter, and Pluto all in Libra). She’s pretty much a Libra (though her Sun is in Virgo). She values beauty, harmony and fairness and all that Libra blah blah shit.
She’s big on partnerships (Hello Jay Z, Hello Destiny’s Child). Side note girl and boy bands such as Boys II Men, NSYNC, Backstreet Boys, Five, 112, etc. all are apart of Pluto in Libra generation). Plus other traits like incredibly fake, vain, shady, petty and superficial the best of Pluto in Libra (duh!). Plus and the fact that she has a team (Pluto in Libra).
Beyonce has a Scorpio moon (and had a speculated Scorpio rising, though as of now it is in Libra). I say speculated because for the longest time “Astrotheme” (the go to astrological online database to look up celebrity astrological information among other things) had Beyonce’s rising as Leo. Astrotheme is inconsistent and I don’t think its that reliable source for rising signs (over the course of months I occasionally monitor Astrotheme and Beyonce’s rising sign has changed several times: Scorpio, Aries really?, Cancer, now its in Libra).
Scorpio rising actually fits (for me at least), it puts her MC (career) in Leo. MC is career, the 10th house, the highest point in your astrological chart. Its your public persona the mask you portray to others (on a wide, public and professional platform). Leo is a career in entertaining people and her fans are called the Beyhives. They also call her Queen Bey/Bee. Her IC will be in Aquarius though if she had a Scorpio rising. I am not a fan of that IC but moving on.

She’s too boring and reserved to be a Leo rising.  I also say this because all of them Libra placements (though charming and nice) does nothing to her personality (or lack or personality). That’s wasn’t shade by the way. If you want to see astro-hate, check out this Lindaland (an astrology forum) thread on Beyonce here. It could any number of facts why she has no personality, but Leo risings elude a warm, inviting personality, which is not what I feel when I see pictures or interviews of Beyonce. I am fine with most rising signs as long as Pluto is in the 1st house. ( though my top picks are: Scorpio, Leo, Libra, Aquarius or Taurus).
Not only does she have a Scorpio moon but her Uranus is in Scorpio, her Lilith is in Scorpio and her Venus is conjunct Pluto. So no doubt she is intense (internally) and has depth (under the vanity and superficially of her Libra planets). Plus Pluto in Scorpio generation is OBSESSED WITH HER. You betta not say anything bad about Beyonce in public, cuss the BEYHIVE will activate, hunt you down and destroy you.
Pluto in Scorpio generation embraces her and understands her emotionally, in ways her Libra Pluto peers don’t. She is like the honorary archetype of the strong Pluto woman. I truly think she has a special bond with Pluto in Scorpio kids, because she in turn feels comfortable exposing her more deep, emotional vulnerable side with her fans.
To answer the topic of this blog post, I feel she’s trapped between two generations because she doesn’t know how to publicly utilize both her Libran/ Venusian and Scorpio/Plutonian energies well. She’s struggling to balance both sides of herself (again not a stan or a stalker).
I do feel she’s coming more into her own and I am starting to see past the façade. I am starting to see her humanity and “personality”). She is taking more risks career wise; she’s trying not to act so boring and perfect (though she is still pretentious). She is showing her explicitly sexual and ratchet side (take a look at her recent songs: Bow Down Bitches, Drunk in Love, Partition, 7/11). Even more recently Beyonce's Lemonade Album. I feel she’s acting more like herself (I am saying this in the most non-creepy stalkerish way possible).
You can actually see and feel her sexiness (not beauty sexy btw, raw sexy) and arrogance/cockiness now (that will be her Mars in Leo btw), declaring herself a feminist (when was she a feminist again?). As a Plutonian and fellow Lunar Scorpion/Pluto in Scorpio person it’s comforting to see her ugliness.
Even so, that probably ticks off and upsets her Libran/ Venusian energies and frightens her Virgo ego. Scorpio/Pluto is ugly, Virgo is perfect, Libra/Venus is beauty.  I suspect she’s very concerned what the media has to say and the public’s perception of her. Libra wants to liked and loved by all, while Virgo wants to be acknowledged and respected for skills and talents. And in today’s PC, political correctness, Bey can’t afford to be criticized (her Scorpio/Pluto control freakiness won’t let her go down without a fight).
Overall, it is hard balancing the ratchetness, emotional honesty/ intensity destructive/trans-formative properties of Pluto in Scorpio generation, her personal planets in Scorpio and her super stellium in Libra (fairness, justice, relationship all of which is pretty much the opposite of Scorpio) . Even so, time will tell. Sorry (not sorry) about my rambling. P.S. this was originally written 2-19-2015, but edited to be relevant

Cancer Prince of the Pluto in Scorpio Generation: Julian Assange

I am resuming my Prince/Princess of the Pluto in Scorpio Generation series. As you may recall this series is to quote myself in this blog post.
"This series is to highlight the major players on the grand world scale that represent the values and ideas of the up and coming Pluto in Scorpio Generation. These famous and infamous people don't necessarily have to be apart of the Pluto in Scorpio generation but they embody the spirit of Pluto in Scorpio."
My last post was on Gemini snitch bitch (LOLZ Empire reference) Edward Snowden (blog post here).

Anyway for Cancer, it is Julian Assange. Check out his Wikipedia page here. Those who are not familiar with him; he is the ringleader, mastermind & editor in chief of Wikileaks organization
To pull a quote from Wikipedia:
"WikiLeaks published secret information, news leaks, and classified media from anonymous sources"
Anyway he is an Australian journalist, programmer, publisher & worldwide fugitive. A little background on his fugitive status: he is wanted for allegations of rape in Sweden and the US Government has an open criminal investigation that charges him with Espionage, Conspiracy ,etc.). He has been exiled and has asylum in another country (Ecuador). His whole existence and life story screams Plutonian; which is why I chose him.

Natal chart
His astrotheme profile link is here.

Ascendant & Neptune in Sagittarius in the 1st House
His ascendant is Sagittarius and his Neptune in Sagittarius is also in the 1st House (Ascendant). This makes him have a very idealized, romanticized, and deluded world-view (Neptune) all the while being optimistic, independent, and adventurous. He probably has the "We Are The World;" "I am a Global Citizen" "The World is my Home" perspective and persona.

Having his ascendant in Sagittarius makes his Midheaven (MC) in Leo. This proud placement makes him want to be known/recognize for something (even if it makes him infamous).

Sun in Cancer 8th House
Cancer is a very emotional, protective and home/family oriented sign. Since his Sun (ego) is placed in the 8th House; it all about protecting family secrets while going through constant upheavals and intense ego transformations. He is motivated by protecting his family, his home/country, even if it means the constant dismantling of his ego.

Pluto in Virgo, Uranus in Libra in the 11th House
Pluto in Virgo is all about organized, practical, systematic social reformation and revolution. His ideas of revolution may not be idealized and are quite logical, orderly and well thought out. He chose the media, a mercury ruled (Mercury rules Virgo), specifically to carry out his beliefs and frustrations. His Pluto is placed in the 11th House (House of Friends) so he is all about using his power and connections to destroy and transform (Pluto) "groups" "associations" that feels need to be reformed.

Uranus in Libra is balanced social rebellion. He is rebellious in a Libra way. He probably sees rebellion as a socially conscious partnership. Both of these placements are in the 11th House (which about networking and friendships). He is constantly rebelling and transforming within his circles of friends.

Mercury in Cancer 9th House
Mercury in cardinal and uber emotional Cancer . The 9th House is about beliefs and is the higher octave of the 3rd House. Here Julian is all about communicating his higher beliefs and knowledge on an intuitive, emotional and  moody Cancerian way.

Venus and Saturn in Gemini in 7th House
Both Venus and Saturn in Gemini are placed in 7th House. Venus in Gemini is smart, communicative and highly adaptable. While Saturn in Gemini is all about boundaries and structuring/creating boundaries for Gemini ways ( communications, learning etc.). Here he is motivated by love/relationships while also having a fear/aversion towards it.

Mars in Aquarius in the 4th House
The People's man, this is his fighter/fighting spirit position. Mars in Aquarius is all about social justice and fighting for the people. This is where his inner rebelliousness and the need to rebel for the people comes in. In his home life; he was probably a fighter and came from a home with loads of fighting/anger. Mars in the 4th House riles up easy and will not back down, when they don't agree with something in their home life ( in his case country life).

Moon and Jupiter in Scorpio in the 12th House
Uber emotional moon and expansive Jupiter are both in Scorpio in the 12th House in Julian's natal chart. Reading his bio on Wikipedia, he has grown up in an unstable household. His parents weren't together when he was born. His mother seemed to hop from relationship to relationship and there was a lot of moving around. Cancers need a stable, warm home that makes them feel safe; I suspect he didn't feel this way for much of his childhood.

Moon rules emotions, childhood, and your mother. Moon in Scorpio is uber emotional, controlling, secretive, intense, and passionate. Moon in the 12th House represents a unconscious/subconscious hidden part of someone's emotional being. His Scorpio moon in the 12th House makes him suspicious, untrusting and secretive in terms of the world/public. This is why he probably feels the need to withdrawn and protect his privacy (from big powerful enemies).

Jupiter is the planet of beliefs, higher knowledge and expansion. Jupiter in Scorpio makes him have dark, intense and taboo beliefs. In the 12 House there is an unexplainable, unconscious/subconscious need to expand himself in terms of Jupiter in Scorpio (uncovering secrets, exposing taboos, and exploring the unknown). His quest for knowledge and his need to share that knowledge (even if it's illegal) has made him a target/enemy/hero (depending on who you ask).
Regardless he is an interesting, controversial character for the current global/astrological stage because he is actively voicing the growing fears/concerns of the up and coming (and present) Pluto in Scorpio Generation.
