Astro-synchronicity is amazing!!! I googled Olivia Pope's date of birth after doing my: Olivia Pope is Soo NOT a Scorpio post a couple of days ago.
What I found according to this website, Scandal.wikia.com Olivia Carolyn Pope is a Virgo born on September 16, 1979. Here is the link: http://scandal.wikia.com/wiki/Olivia_Pope.
Now I don't completely trust this site and it's information. But as I said in my previous post I see Olivia Pope as a Libra or Virgo sun sign with Scorpio and Libra personal planets. So imma run with this.

I agree 100%! She's always very perfectionist, careful, rational, doesn't let emotion get in the way of her career except when true love is in the way. And I think that's a typical Virgo - she's always guided by reason except when it comes to Fitz - then she loses all her beliefs and lets emotions take over. She can't struggle with those feelings (especially in the beginning). Virgos can be cold sometimes but they're very compassionate and willing to make sacrifices if it means the happiness of their loved ones.
