This would've been my Prince/Princess of the Pluto in Scorpio Generation pick for Sagittarius. I didn't chose this because not many people are aware or know who Chelsea/Bradley Manning. Also Manning's story doesn't has mass appeal/connects to everyone as Taylor Swift does. Regardless Chelsea/Bradley Manning has an interesting story.
Chelsea/Bradley Manning is a trans whistle-blower who leaked classified US government documents to Wikileaks. Kinda like Edward Snowden, actually exactly like Edward Snowden. I written an blog post on him here.
Sun, Mercury, Saturn & Uranus in Sagittarius
Chelsea/Bradley Manning has a huge Sagittarius stellium with Sun, Mercury, Saturn & Uranus in Sagittarius. In reference to him betraying the government he probably felt he was called to do; that it was his civic duty. With all that Sagittarius energy there is a sense of righteousness and morality. In his case, a sense of rebellious (Uranus) righteousness and morality to do this.

His Jupiter is in Aries, so there is a fighting warrior nature in him./her Very much like Tommy Sotomayor (blog post link here). With an abundance of Sagittarius energy and a Jupiter in Aries; Chelsea/Bradley Manning saw himself as a freedom fighter.

Chelsea/Bradley Manning has Moon, Mars & Pluto Conjunct in Scorpio. These are heavy placements, and it shows the intense, dark, secretive, powerful, murky nature of Chelsea/Bradley Manning. Why did he do what he did? He felt strongly about this (Moon) and acted on it (Mars) in a way that effects/will effect his generation (Pluto).

Though they are not conjunct this shows that his sense of beauty, love (Venus) & illusion, fantasy (Neptune) work together This can further point to his trans status and need to find/live in his/her identity. This can also point to Chelsea/Bradley Manning being serious (even a bit delusional) about his civic duty.

This placement is sensitive and shows someone born to self-sacrifice/be a sacrificial lamb. Chelsea/Bradley Manning gave himself that role. Not only that but he was born to play that role. He gave up his life/freedom for a cause outside of his own.
